:: Randi J. Brosterman , W'81, WG'88
PrincipalDeloitte Consulting LLP Randi Brosterman is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP's Financial Services Industry Practice with over 20 years of consulting experience. She consults to financial services companies including: investment managers, banks, brokerages and insurance companies. Ms. Brosterman's expertise is in assisting clients with performance improvement, focusing on operational transformation. Her clients include: HSBC, Citigroup, Bank of New York and GE Consumer Finance. In addition to client service, Ms. Brosterman has been Deloitte Consulting's Northeast Women's Initiative Leader. Her leadership role focused on: Networking, Mentoring, Communication, Work/Life Balance and Leadership Development. Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, she was assistant vice president with Citigroup, where she developed and implemented securities processing systems supporting trading operations. Ms. Brosterman is on the Board of Directors of United Way of Northern Westchester and the Steering Committee of the Alexis De Tocqueville Society of United Way of Westchester/Putnam. Randi also served on the Technology Advisory Council of the Financial Women's Association of New York. She holds an MBA in finance and marketing (WG'88), and a BS in economics (W'81) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Randi was president of Wharton Women 1980-81 and producer of the Wharton Follies in 1988. |

:: Julie Hembrock Daum , WG'79
Managing PartnerSpencer Stuart Julie Hembrock Daum is the practice leader for the North American Board Services Practice of Spencer Stuart, the leading executive search firm in the boardroom. She consults with corporate boards, working with companies of all sizes from the Fortune 10 to pre-IPO companies and has worked on over 450 director assignments. Her recent work includes recruiting all of the outside directors for the Tyco spin-off companies and continued work with companies such as American Express, General Mills, United Health, Delta, Freddie Mac, eBay, Federated Department Stores, Eli Lilly and Genzyme Corporation to recruit individual directors. She serves on the board of directors of Spencer Stuart. Daum is involved in the organization of the Northwestern Conference on Corporate Governance and the Wharton/Spencer Stuart Directors' Institute. She is a frequent writer and speaker on governance topics and has been recently quoted in The New York Times, Financial Times, BusinessWeek, Time Magazine and The Wall Street Journal. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Daum was the executive director of the Corporate Board Resource at Catalyst. She managed all board of directors' activities and worked with companies to identify qualified women for their board. After graduating with an MBA in corporate finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, she began her career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles. |
